Chakras are energy centers that mediate life force energy between the energy field, the unified field, other people, the environment, and the physical body.
Through this circulation of energy, chakras nourish the body and its physiological systems, having the greatest energetic influence on the area of the body nearest to its location.
The Seventh Chakra is the Crown Chakra. It is located at the crown of your head. This Chakra also known as Sahasrara is the seat of consciousness, the location of our sense of connection with divinity, spiritual, or faith.
In a few words Sahasrara deals with your connection to the divine within you and all around you. Physically, it supports your central nervous system and deep brain functions.
Those who works on their chakra system , probably ask themselves : “ Is my chakra open? It is weak? Can be a chakra overactive? ” :)
Your Seventh Chakra may be weak or underactive if:
1. You feel disconnected to the divine in you and around you. You believe only in your five physical senses.
A person with a balanced crown chakra is one that is connected to Spirit or God.
And the first step to a balanced Crown Chakra is “Deeply Love and Accept Yourself”... and that I'm trying to do each day. To be conscious that I'm Love and Light, to trust my inner wisdom and to be aware every moment. To not be afraid , to understand that “I’m Complete and Love surrounds me and guides me. "
Unfortunately, most of the time , our chakras are blocked because of another’s expectations that have been placed on us since our childhood, youth. This might be another person, a family, friend, and or even collective norm of society and culture.
You have the power to reject these thought forms, and assert that your beliefs are different and you have the right to develop them as you so choose.
And there’s no better way to heal the Crown Chakra than to cleanse ALL of our chakras every day.
With light and love on your path,
I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it.
